How can I order??
Ordering at Fifty Wood is easy! Below we describe how you can place an order. If you still encounter a problem somewhere, please contact us.
- In the shop you will find the products. Next you choose the products you want to place in your shopping cart;
- If you have everything in your shopping cart, select “checkout”. You can login or checkout and automatically create an account to take advantage of special customer promotions and discounts;
- Now give your name and address information, choose a payment method and check – after you agree to our terms and conditions – your order and address data;
- Click on order (it’s possible to pay via iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact/Mistercash, Giropay and Sofortbanking) and your order is placed.
- You will receive an automatically sent mail with the order details. (Please check your spam or unwanted emailbox for this email if you can’t find it) If it concerns a pre-order your order will be put on hold until we can deliver your order. If your order can be shipped earlier, you will receive an email with a track and trace link as soon as your order is shipped so that you can track your package.
How can I pay??
We offer multiple options for settling your order: iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact Mistercash, Giropay and Sofortbanking.
iDEAL allows you a trusted, secure and easy purchase for your online order. You pay in a trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. Do you already use Internet banking, then you can directly use iDEAL, without you yourself need to sign up. For more information on the website of iDEAL.
With PayPal every online shopper can purchase on the internet and pay directly online. PayPal offers consumers high protection and is available in 190 countries. PayPal is the safe way to pay online without sharing your information. For more information you can visit the Paypal website.
Can i cancel my order??
The cancellation of an order is, as long as it has not been sent, free of charge. If you cancel the order after it is shipped to you, you will need to refuse the delivery of the package at your door. If we already have received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase amount to you, after we reveived the package back in good order. The shipping cost will be deducted from this (only if you refuse your order at the door and let it unopened sent back with the delivery company)

What is the deliverytime??
We try to send your order within 3 workingdays after receiving the payment and if the item is in stock (If it’s not in stock it is always visible on the website). This also depends on which payment method you choose.
As soon as the ordered goods are sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code that lets you follow your shipment online.
If your order contains items with a longer delivery time, we send your entire order only when it is complete.
After shipment it normally takes
1 day delivery to The Netherlands, Luxembourg & Belgium.
2 days for Germany, UK, France and Italy.
3 days for Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Maximun 5 days for the rest of Europes.
The rest of the world depends on the transfer time at the customs.
It is not possible to pick up your order yourself.
Can I return my order??
consumers have a cooling off period of 14 working days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Exception are personalized products/customization. The product can only unused and in the original, undamaged packaging be returned.
If you want to return the entire order? Already accepted articles you need to send back to the return address. We will refund the entire purchase price, excluded are the calculated shipping cost from your order. The shipping costs for the return are for our account except when you return it on your own way. Then the shippingcosts you paid for when you ordered will be refunded. Also when returning any part of your order are the shipping charges for our account. The purchase price of your returned part of the order will be refunded to you. All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made in writing to us. To do this, use our contactform or send us an email. Please include at least your full name and order number and the items that you wish to cancel, return or exchange. For our customers in The Netherlands we shall send you a link so you can print your shippinglabel or we can let GLS pick up the package at your home address. For the customers outside The Netherlands we can let GLS pick up the package at your home or you can send it back to us yourself. Unfortunately we can’t send you a shippinglabel because GLS doesn’t provide this option. To improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason. You are, of course, in accordance with the distance selling contract not required. Any sums already paid are within up to 14 days after return to your refunded. Can I exchange my order??

What can I do if I have a complaint??
Do you have a complaint about one of our products then you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your personal data, date order and your order number and the nature of your complaint. You can expect a response from us within 2 business days. Of course we will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
What about warranty??
Of course you have warranty on your purchased products. Fifty Wood adheres to the statutory warranty provisions. Legal guarantee is, what a product should do what the consumer in all reasonableness can do with it. Damage as a result of an accident, improper use and everyday wear are excluded out of warranty. We finish the wood with a water-based, transparent lacquer which gives the wood a deeper color and protects the wood. The wood is splash water protected. The wood veneer on the brim is 0.6 mm to 1 mm thick. YOU CAN NOT BEND THE BRIM BECAUSE YOU CAN BREAK THE WOOD. This is clearly shown in the label of the cap. We suggest not to use the cap too long in the burning sun or pooring rain. We can not guarantee bulges or cracks in the wood.
